Student Laptop Checkout Program


All laptop requests by the teacher must be submitted by 3:00 pm for the student to be able to take the laptop home that day. If it is entered after 3:00 pm the student will have to pick the laptop up on the next day. 

Before you request a laptop for a student you need to make sure that the student has picked up a Parent/Student Laptop Agreement form from the Media Center and it has been signed by the parents and student. This paper is to be taken to the Media Coordinator so that they can enter this into the system to make the student eligible to take a laptop home.  

Student laptops are available to check out on a five day maximum checkout time.

The laptop can be picked up at the Help Desk during the hours of 
12:00pm-1:30pm and 3:30pm-3:45pm.

Laptops are to be returned to the help desk on the return date between 8:00am-8:30am. If the laptop is not returned on the due date students will loose laptop checkout privileges and school disciplinary or legal action will be taken.
